1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Combat Network ("TCN", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using TCN, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

TCN supports multiple user roles: Fighter, Gym, Promoter, Recruiter, Agent, Fan, and Practitioner. By selecting a role, you agree to the specific obligations of that role:

• Fighters — must provide accurate fight records and credentials
• Gyms — must accurately represent facilities, coaches, and programs
• Promoters — must provide truthful event information and comply with local regulations
• Recruiters & Agents — must use scouting tools ethically and not misrepresent opportunities

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data without permission
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions

6. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you post on TCN. By posting content, you grant TCN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

TCN reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful, without prior notice.

7. Moderation & Enforcement

TCN reserves the right to flag, hide, or remove profiles, events, and content that violate these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. Moderation actions are logged and may be reviewed upon request.

8. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• TCN does not verify the identity or credentials of all users
• TCN is not responsible for the outcome of any bout, event, or business arrangement facilitated through the Platform
• TCN does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCN and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
